Our Town is showing here at Parkway Playhouse May 23-June 1, 2025! We reached out to actor Peter Bobbe, who is portraying Charles Webb, about his experience working on this production.
What’s your favorite part of this show and why?
I love the poetry of Thornton Wilder’s words, the way the language responds to the ebb and flow of life’s passages. I love the stillness of Act III in contrast to the passion of Emily’s transformation into peace.
What about this show do you think will stick with audiences?
Act III.
How excited are you to be working with this incredible cast?
Very excited.
What have you loved about working on this production?
It has been wonderful to work with old friends and meet new ones.
